Editorial Review Art Scene March 25th - April 7th By melissa lane (03/25/2005)" The deeply complex, soul-searching rhythm and blues legend Marvin Gaye inspired Soul Salon 10, a multi-media exhibit exploring the late, great musician's work. Named after one of the Motown artist's favorite songs, The Trouble Man Exhibit will open from 1 to 4 pm on April 2nd at the African American Museum and Library at Oakland. The show continues through May 28th. " |

Ali Ghanbarian, Editor of SOMA Magazine will moderate and keep the kids " |
Editorial Review Wine Galleries Blending Wine Bars and Art Galleries By Sarah Sung (07/13/2004)" How many times have you strolled through an art gallery or a museum wishing it were less stuffy and more social? Longing for a flatteringly lit bar with cushy chairs sans tacky neon beer signs? Thanks to savvy artists and crafty business people who love wine and art, your wishes are granted. Raise your wine glasses to a new trend in bars: the hybrid wine bar and art gallery combo. " |
