Committed to using only the freshest quality ingredients, Executive Chef Russell Rummer has crafted an exciting contemporary American menu, with Mediterranean influences, using only locally produced grass-fed beef, naturally raised meats and sustainably caught seafood. Organic ingredients are used whenever possible and there are several organic and biodynamic wine and beer offerings.

Setting the scene for a pleasurable dining experience, gentle tones of fresh green and buttery yellow offer a stylish yet relaxed dining atmosphere accented by white linen-topped tables, gold limestone floors, whimsical wall sconces and comfy Majilite upholstery.

Roots has also taken the question mark out of the often times troublesome parking situation. Valet parking is available and the Stockton/Sutter garage offering hourly rates is only a short walk away. Metered street parking can be hard to find but is available.

Roots' semi-private dining area is available for groups up to 14 people.
