The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a series of specially designed exercise equipment that allows total freedom of movement and enhances coordination, strength and flexibility. Each exercise is synchronized with a corresponding breathing pattern to create a gentle or vigorous cardiovascular-aerobic stimulation, depending on the intensity and speed of the execution. We also provide instruction in GYROKINESIS® which, like GYROTONIC®, embraces many key principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics and Tai chi while seated on a stool.
