Oceanview, San Francisco CA. Oceanview is a densely packed residential neighborhood bordered by Interstate 280, Lakeview Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard. Belying the name, the views aren't exactly of the ocean—although, residents do enjoy unsurpassed cityscape views focusing mostly on Daly City and out to San Mateo County. The neighborhood is relaxed and mostly blue-collar in nature, and most of the homes are single family, owner-occupied. The population is diverse, with some of the city's largest Hispanic, African American and Asian populations.
