The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority is a public agency committed to providing the Tri-Valley community with equal access to a variety of safe, secure, reliable public transportation choices and improving the quality of residents’ lives.

Wheels is a service of the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA), which provides local public transit service to the cities of Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton and to the adjacent unincorporated areas of Alameda County. The service area is approximately 40 square miles and is home to almost 171,652 residents. The service area is divided into two sub-areas: Livermore and Pleasanton/Dublin. These 2 sub-areas are separated by three miles of lightly developed industrial and agriculture land.

Wheels is operated by the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA).
