F-8 caters to Bay Area Techno DJs by carrying predominantly 12-inch vinyl imports from European countries. The store is also designed to accommodate those that prefer CD's with a well stocked 100 disc listening station. As well as records and CD's, F-8 also carries mixed DJ tapes and local underground magazines. Frequency 8 is owned and operated by DJs MARS and MYSTRE. They built and opened this store out of their love for hard-to-find European Trance music. They have been involved in the local San Francisco underground scene since its beginning and continue to add to its diversity and direction.
