McCourt's memoir of immigration to America from Ireland, Angela's Ashes, captivated readers all across the country and won a 1997 Pulitzer Prize. After two more memoirs, he now tries his hand at a children's book, Angela and the Baby Jesus, about a little girl who sees a naked baby Jesus and wants to keep him warm.
