San Francisco is glutted with crepe-omelette-salad joints, but the Crepevine is on the high end of the scale. The room itself is inviting, the art on the walls isn't too shabby and the folks behind the counter are unusually accommodating. Fat crepes overflowing with interesting combinations of fresh ingredients, every kind of egg dish, gargantuan salads and baked goods that looks like they've been taking steroids all make this a great choice for brunch, lunch, or dinner. And they're open late.
