Description
Citizen Hope will be partnering with Young Filipino Professionals Association, Professionals VIP, the NBA Players Association, Feed the Children, the Willie Brown Institute, and other SF community groups, to help distribute food to 5,000 needy families as part of the Miracle on Pier 48 event. NBA players from the Golden State Warriors will be there as well!

We'll be helping distribute food to families throughout the day. The holidays are the time for giving, especially this year. The event is on a Thursday--but consider asking for half the day off, your employer will likely understand.

They are in urgent need of volunteers for this event. Your presence there will make a big difference. Volunteers will distribute boxes of non-perishable food and milk to families in need.

There are two volunteer shifts. You will need to be able to commit for the entire shift.

8:30am-1pm
12:30pm-5pm

Pier 48 is across from SBC Park.
