The Chestnut Bakery opened its doors in September, 2002 and has been serving the Marina neighborhood proudly since. The bakery is owned and operated by the mother-daughter team of Catherlina and Kelly Tang. Catherlina has worked in the food service industry for most of her life and had always wanted to open up her own shop. With the help of her daughter they have created a successful, family owned bakery. The Chestnut Bakery's philosophy is to provide excellent products with excellent customer service. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and never pretentious.
