Cooking for oneself can (and should!) be a gratifying and enjoyable experience. By utilizing northern California's local, organic, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, we can not only be assured we're getting some of the healthiest food in the world, it can taste delicious as well! Your level of previous cooking experience is irrelevant in teaching you to become a tremendous chef. After taking my course, you will have the knowledge, techniques, and fundamental understanding of food that will enable you create delicious, body-friendly cuisine long after I have packed up the dirty dishes and gone home.

California Table also has amazing catering capabilities! We work with parties as small as drop-off platters to parties over 200! You can be rest assured you and your guests are getting whole food ingredients from our local sources.
